Kayia Snyder

My name is Kayia Snyder, and I use she/her pronouns.

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying experiences that have left you feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure. Therapy offers a space where you can slow down, show up exactly as you are, and trust that every part of your story is welcome. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we’ll build a relationship grounded in trust, curiosity, and compassion. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you as you discover what healing looks like for you.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, gain new perspectives, and reconnect with the strengths you already carry within you.

Because no two people are the same, therapy shouldn’t be either. My approach is grounded in authenticity, collaboration, and creating a space where you feel safe enough to be your true self. I believe healing begins when you no longer have to hide parts of who you are. Drawing from trauma informed and person-centered approaches, our work will be tailored to your unique experiences, values, and goals.

If these words resonate with you, I’d love the opportunity to meet you and create a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted exactly as you are. It would be an honor to be a part of your journey.
