Hi, I’m Diana (she/her). Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel deeply understood, and begin making sense of what has felt heavy, confusing, or lonely for a long time. I believe in healing through safe connection—creating a space where you don’t have to carry everything by yourself, where your pain is met with care instead of judgment, and where the patterns that once helped you survive can be understood with compassion rather than shame.
You may be used to being the strong one while quietly carrying pain no one else fully sees, having learned to care for everyone else while feeling unsure how to care for yourself. If your needs were often pushed aside, therapy can become a place where your voice finally has room. You may also struggle with self-criticism, difficulty putting your own needs first, attachment wounds, trauma, chronic stress, or the feeling that your own needs are always the first to be pushed aside. You may also be moving through big, life-shaping experiences—like adjusting to a new country, navigating identity or motherhood, living with chronic pain or disability, or facing changes that have left you feeling unsettled, out of place, or unsure of yourself. Together, we can gently untangle the beliefs, protective patterns, and relationship dynamics that have influenced your experiences, while building a more secure relationship with yourself and others. Over time, therapy can support both healing and growth—helping you move toward the goals that matter most to you, whether that means feeling grounded, communicating clearly, trusting yourself more deeply, or creating a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
My work is relational, attachment-based, and somatically informed, with a focus on helping clients feel less alone in their pain and more connected to themselves and others. I am especially drawn to approaches such as AEDP, ACT, somatic therapy, and parts-informed work because they support healing through safe connection, emotional insight, body awareness, and meaningful shifts in how you relate to yourself and others. In our work together, this may look like slowing down enough to notice what is happening in your body, understanding the different parts of you that show up during stress, exploring how past experiences continue to shape the present, and learning practical tools for grounding, emotional regulation, and safer connection.
As someone with a multicultural background who speaks three languages (English, Russian, and Karachay), I bring a deep respect for the complexity of culture, belonging, and building a life between worlds. My background in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling also informs my work with clients navigating chronic pain, visible and invisible disabilities, psychosocial adjustment, and attachment, while viewing each person through a holistic lens that connects body, mind, relationships, and daily life. If you are looking for a therapist who can hold both your struggles and your resilience—someone who will meet you with depth, gentleness, and thoughtful care—I would be honored to support you.
