“Liberated relationships are one of the ways we actually create abundant justice, the understanding that there is enough attention, care, resource, and connection for all of us to access belonging, to be in our dignity, and to be safe in community. ― adrienne maree brown

Hi, I’m Keidi (she/her).

Everything in life comes back to relationships. When we intentionally nurture our relationships to others, we deepen our connection to ourselves. I provide a warm, collaborative space grounded in empathy and authenticity, where couples and families can navigate life’s challenges and foster mutual understanding and respect.

I invite couples to explore hidden emotions, desires, and fears to deepen intimacy for more fulfilling emotional and sexual connections. I also work with individuals and families navigating acculturation or healing from religious trauma. I especially enjoy supporting BIPoC and LGBTQ+ clients seeking to explore their identity and sexuality, partners navigating consensual non-monogamy and/or intercultural relationships, and parents adjusting to the tender postpartum period and beyond.

I believe humans carry an innate longing for connection and deep capacity for growth. Yet, our dynamic and ever-evolving relationships are embedded in oppressive systems that often pressure us to deny our full selves. As a second-generation Chinese-American woman and cancer survivor, I am driven to help those seeking understanding and healing within their unique collision of cultures.

Drawing from emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), narrative, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and socio-emotional relational therapy (SERT) approaches, my work is informed by systemic, feminist, and anti-oppressive frameworks. Together, we will explore buried emotions, unlearn harmful societal expectations, and honor the wisdom of your body. I strive to meet you with curiosity, humility, transparency, and humor as we navigate the beautiful, painful, and messy moments life offers. My hope is that our work will honor the richness and complexity of your experience, while expanding your possibilities toward meaningful transformation. Thank you for inviting me to be a part of your journey.
