“Liberated relationships are one of the ways we actually create abundant justice, the understanding that there is enough attention, care, resource, and connection for all of us to access belonging, to be in our dignity, and to be safe in community.” ― adrienne maree brown

Everything in life comes back to relationships. By intentionally attending to and nurturing our relationships to others, we deepen our connection to ourselves. I strive to provide a warm and collaborative space, grounded in empathy and authenticity, where couples and families can lovingly navigate life’s challenges to foster mutual understanding and respect.

I invite couples to explore hidden emotions, desires and fears, with the goal of deepening intimacy for more fulfilling emotional and sexual connections. I look forward to working with sex-positive/kinky clients, new parents, multicultural families and couples, in monogamous and non-traditional relational structures alike.

I firmly believe that humans possess an innate longing for connection and deep capacity for growth. Dynamic and ever-evolving, relationships are embedded in oppressive systems that often convince us to deny our full selves, hindering change. My bicultural experience as a second-generation Chinese American woman informs my drive to help those struggling to find identity and healing within their unique collision of cultures. Drawing from systemic, emotionally-focused, and narrative approaches, together we will explore buried emotions, unlearn harmful societal expectations, and honor the wisdom of your body.

I aim to meet you with curiosity, humility, transparency, and humor as we navigate the beautiful, painful, and messy moments life offers. My hope is that our work will honor the richness and complexity of your experience, as we expand your possibilities toward meaningful transformation. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
