Renee Cascino

Hi, I’m Renee (she/her), and I’m glad you’re here. Life is shaped by the relationships we hold—with ourselves, with others, and with the stories we carry. Whether romantic, familial, professional, or platonic, every relationship holds complexity—and every one is worth exploring. In our work together, I’ll collaborate with you, your partner(s), and your family to deepen understanding, strengthen connection, and bring clarity to your experiences.

I’ll walk alongside you as you work to break free from patterns that have been passed down through generations. Using transgenerational models and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help clients identify and heal deep-rooted emotional wounds, build secure relationships, and create lasting change. You bring the wisdom of your emotional world; my role is to help you slow down and make sense of it together. My goal is to support you in transforming cycles of disconnection into meaningful, emotionally safe connections—both with yourself and your loved ones.

I’m committed to creating a space that affirms and supports all aspects of who you are. I particularly enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, those exploring sexuality and desire, people in non-traditional family structures, and those navigating relationship transitions such as separation, divorce, co-parenting, infidelity, or ethical non-monogamy. My practice is rooted in an anti-racist, Health at Every Size (HAES), sex-positive, and kink/BDSM-affirming framework.
