Renee

Hi there, I’m Renee (she/her), and I’m excited to work with you! Life is full of relationships: both with ourselves and others whether they be romantic, professional, or friendly. All relationships, whether thrilling, challenging, or satisfying, are worthy of deeper examination. I will work with you, your partner(s), and family members to deepen feelings of clarity, connection, understanding.

I primarily use a Narrative and Family Systems approach to understand your experiences. I believe that you are the expert on your life and will work as your guide as we explore the history of patterns and stories that have shaped who you are today. During our time together we will develop a richer, more authentic narrative of who you are within the context of your many intersecting identities and experiences.

It is my intention to create a space that affirms and supports your many identities. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, those interested in learning more about their own sexuality and desire, non-traditional family configurations, and relationship transitions such as divorce/separation, ethical non monogamy, infidelity, etc. I work from an anti-racist, health at every size, sex, and kink/BDSM positive approach.
