Facilitators
Alexandria Moore

My name is Alexandria, I am a Marriage and Couples Therapist (MFT-I) with a great love of couples work and an extensive background in yoga and mindfulness. Out of the office, I live a full life. Art, outside play, pets, books, food, friends, and my partner all fill up my cup with joy. I bring that warmth into our shared space. I see groups as communities in miniature. Group work is collaborative, so I learn from you as you learn from the group, and together we will make a community that uniquely reflects our shared values and goals.
Tikhon Markov

My name is Tikhon (He/Him), and I am an individual and couples therapist as well as the Group Therapy Coordinator at Sakura Counseling. I believe group therapy is a powerful way to explore relationships, resolve conflicts, and build stronger connections. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space by fostering open communication, mutual respect, and a sense of safety, where every member feels heard and valued.
Born in Russia and having lived in Ukraine and the U.S., I bring a unique perspective to my work, blending cultural understanding with a Humanistic-Existential approach. Together, we’ll create a space for shared growth, understanding, and meaningful change.
