Mindfulness is more than a buzzword; it’s a transformative practice that helps you focus on the present moment with acceptance and without judgment. The course also includes group discussions, offering a supportive space to share experiences, gain insight, and build a sense of community.
No previous experience with meditation is required.
Beginners will learn short, effective techniques for reducing stress and anxiety, while experienced practitioners can enjoy community engagement through CBT, addressing these issues in daily life.
